Relax in style in our Lounge, the ideal place to unwind and watch TV. With 2 large sofas that can each seat 3-4 people as well as a TV with all the usual streaming apps.
Bifold doors on both sides open out to the garden and patio/courtyard area so you can enjoy the fresh air and sun whilst lounging in comfort and keeping an eye on the kids in the hot tub.
The ground floor also has a wheelchair accessible WC.
Lounging
Upstairs you'll find a modern family bathroom and 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms, one with an en-suite.
Bifold doors open out in the main bedroom and french doors in the second, both boasting glass Juliet balconies.
The third has a bunk bed, along with toys, lego and
childrens books.
Each is fitted with plush bedding and fluffy towels.
Relaxing
Accessed via a private, lockable entrance, the property sits within a peaceful white-walled close. Inside, you’ll find a secure, enclosed courtyard with a hot outdoor shower - ideal for washing off sandy feet, dogs and boards after the beach, or before a soak in the hot tub.
The hot tub seats six comfortably and features LED lighting for relaxed evenings outdoors.
The fully fenced, turfed garden is perfect for children and dogs. A patio area includes an outdoor dining table and chairs for six, plus a BBQ for easy outdoor meals.
