CANCELLATION POLICY

25% Deposit payable at time of booking.

Full payment to be made by 28 days before check in.

Full refund for cancellations up to 21 days before check-in.

If booked less than 21 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in.

No refund after that.

Strictly no dogs 1 May ~ 30th September.
No dogs allowed upstairs.
No dogs in the hot tub!
Please clean up dog mess in the garden.
No smoking or vaping
No parties.
Guests should bring their own towels for the beach and hot tub and not take house towels.
When using the hot tub, please always shower before use and use only plastic cups.
Close the lid when not in use to conserve energy & fasten the straps to stop the lid blowing off - it can get very windy in the bay, especially during the winter.
Please recycle all waste including food and sort into the correct containers stored out the front of the property. Recycling collected on Mondays and refuse on Fridays.
